On 18/19 Jan they sold the freehold and inheritance in fee simple of the messuage, farm house etc, being part of the premises described above, to John Edwards esq of Silsoe. They also sold the freehold and inheritance in fee simple of two closes, being the remaining part of the premises, to Thomas Field, cheesemonger, of Newgate St, London on 18 and 19 January 1822. 25th February 1822 Witness: Richard Eve
