Reciting:
- bargain and sale of 25 Jun 1840 from (1) Rev.John King Martyn to (2) William Airy, John Browning of Keysoe, farmer [churchwarden] and John Fox as trustees of (a) 6 perches of land in Keysoe being part of a plot bounded: S by turnpike road from Bedford to Kimbolton; W by premises of Samuel Reynolds; E by plot of land remaining with John King Martyn;
- agreement of 1 Dec 1840 between (1) and (2) that school to be erected should be open to inspection by Her Majesty's Inspectors;
- the school had some time since been erected;
- death of John Browning in Dec 1841
