Copy Certificate given by majority of School Committee or Trustees representing the promoters of the erection of the school house at Keysoe, certifying as follows: - the school house, to which the Committee of Education had contributed 32, was completed satisfactorily; - the amount of private subscriptions specified had been received leaving no debts except that to be met by the 32 grant; - site of the school house had been conveyed to the trustees; - readiness to submit to any required audit; - the Committee of Education's counsel had approved the trust deed which had been enrolled in Chancery - signed by William Airy, John Fox and John Gell
