(ii) Raymond Gilbert Barrett of 5 St.John's Road, Arlesey and Henry James Crook of 22 Cricketers Road, Arlesey (present trustees of Arlesey Cricket Club)
Operative Part:
- (i) demised (a)-(c) to (ii)
Property:
(a) 900 square yards (30 x 30 yards), comprising part of a plying field of (i) in Arlesey [shown on attached plan]
(b) right of way over part of remainder of field as indicated on plan;
(c) right to use so much of remainder of field as necessary to play matches etc. on such days as is permitted by (i);
Provisoes:
- (ii) to pay compensation to anyone injured and make good any damage to playing field;
- (ii) to keep (i) fully indemnified from any claims
Term:
- 28 years from 1 Jan 1968;
Rent:
- 1/1/- per annum
