b) one undivided moiety or half part of the wall between the yard
and garden and the adjoining premises sold by Charles Robinson
and William Swepson to Thomas Wooldridge, surgeon, which
messuage was with the other messuage adjoining sold to (1)
Recites lease & release 27 & 28 November 1840 between 1) Charles Robinson and William Swepson, 2) Samuel Barnes 3) Richard Halfhead
