- a) 52 and 53 Pepper Alley occ by Mrs Riley and Mrs Gentle, and shown on the plan of the parish of 1853 by Salmon now in the possession of the Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Bedford, bounded W by property devised 19 February 1849 by the Master & Co-Brethren of the Hospital to George Inskip, John Elger and Isaac Elger, E by property devised 31 July 1830 by the Master and Co-Brethren to John Purser.
With all ways, watercourses, easements, etc.
