Title
From Samuel Fieldhouse, Old Cavendish St., stating that though Pitt will oppose S.W. Jun.'s Bill for regulating the labourers' wages, the points he objects to are not insurmountable. That the wages varying with the price of corn would be to the mutual advantage of Farmer and labourer. Similar arrangements should be made for mechanics. No man should get less than 14/- a week. Marriage should be encouraged.
