- a) land in Newnham Road, Bedford St Cuthbert bounded N by T Spencer, S by Newnham Road with frontage to that and the Embankment of 187', and from N-S on the east side measuring 118' and E-W on the north side 112', with the messuage erected thereon called "Winthorpe House" occ by E L Moulton, and the walls on the east south and west sides
