Recites Agreement 1898 June 18th between
1) Arthur Charles Hollis, hairdreser of Edenwood, Phippsville, Northampton
2) William Seys Phillips, gent of Bedford
(1) was not to be able to claim right or title to ancient lights, and the overlooking windows should be considered as on sufferance only
- Recites (2) had consented to purchase 'Glanyrafon' in Newnham Road with return frontage to Albany Street, occ by (2); and (1) was the owner of adjacent 'Gordon House' built in or about 1884 of which certain windows overlooked the garden of Glanyrafon
- Recites that (1) would pay 1/- pa to (2) in acknowledgement of this
- Recites that (2) would not interfere with (1)'s enjoyment of the windows without one month's notice

together with the walls on the SE and W, and the messuage known as Glanyrafon formerly occ by (1) then by Arthur Champneys Tearle
