(a) piece of land with two messuages or tenements lately erected by GW measuring: to SE 165 feet depth; to NW 160 feet depth; to NE 33 feet; to SW 39 feet 5 inches and bounded by: to NE by road leading from Bedford to Clapham; to NW by property of GW; to SE by property of Thomas Brandam and others; to SW by property of William Key.
(b) free passage of the width of 8 feet on foot, horseback or in carriages to the road from Clapham to St.Lloyds across the SW end of the close belonging to GW. [note included plan shown as photocopy Appendix II - attached)
