    Marriage Settlement - Phibbs and de Moleyns. Appointment of new trustees i) Rose Blanche Phibbs, widow, Harrold, Sharnbrook, acting by B O F Phibbs of the Training Ship 'Warspite', Greenhithe, Kent, a retired Commander in H M Navy (the Receiver) ii) William Alexander Campbell, Kelso House, Winchester, Hants, late a major in H M Army iii) said B O F Phibbs Owen Lindsay Phibbs, 'Homelea', Lee on Solent, Hants, Esq reciting that ii) is desirous of retiring from the trusteeship reciting also an Order of 28 June 1922 by which i) was authorised to exercise power vested in her of appointing new trustee of marriage settlement by appointing himself and iii) as new trustees and to execute such deeds as the Master, under the Order, should appoint, Master's approval is shown by his seal in the margin. Account, in first schedule, contains particulars of dealings in the funds, and investments, now standing in the name of ii).
