After her death in trust for their children for son reaching 21 or daughter attaining that age or marrying. BUT in event of failure of issue, money to be held in trust for relations by blood of Nicholas Fiott or the date of the Deed during or be born within 20 years of that date in such shares as Harriet should appoint.
