If son of Nicholas and Harriet and there is another sum £6,000 to second son, if 21 years old +
BUT if tenant in Tail Male only son should stand possessed of money on trusts as by deed of same date declared of sum of£ 8650 3% Reduced Bank Annuities
Power of trustees under direction of Harriet to apply all rents, issues and profits exclusively to one out of Nicholas or their children
Power of Nicholas to revoke trusts if tenant for life.
recites re above Annuities, Trustees to pay Dividends etc to Harriet for life for her own sole use. After her death in trust for their children for son reaching 21 or daughter attaining that age or marrying.
BUT in event of failure of issue, money to be held in trust for relations by blood of Nicholas Fiott or the date of the Deed during or be born within 20 years of that date in such shares as Harriet should appoint.
