    Assignment by Briggins How, Woburn, shopkeeper, and wife Sarah John Walduck, The Strand, Middlesex, linen draper William Walduck, Cannon Street, London, furrier Benjamin Day, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, and wife, Elizabeth Martha Walduck, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, spinster reciting will of Thomas Walduck, Bishopsgate Street, London, linen draper, dated 22 September 1773, by which he bequeathed the residue of his estate and effects to Richard How of Aspley, gentleman, and William Walduck, to be converted into money and held in trust for wife Elizabeth Walduck, for her and his son's support and maintenance. On her death, then whole stock to be transferred to son. If son predeceases said Elizabeth Walduck then stock to be transferred equally to testator's brothers and sisters then living. Said Thomas Walduck has since died. Will proved by Richard How and William Walduck. Sarah How, John Walduck, William Walduck, Elizabeth Day and Martha Walduck are brothers and sisters of testator. Part of estate consists of household furniture now in possession of Elizabeth Walduck Now in consideration of 5s paid to above by Elizabeth Walduck. said brothers and sisters (as above) assign, transfer and set over to Elizabeth Walduck. - their interest in --- household goods, bedding, furniture, instruments of household etc of which said Thomas Walduck died possessed to use of Elizabeth Walduck for ever signatures of all (and seals) witness Thos Walduck
