Petty Cury, Cambridge, in which testor. dwells,
& stable & chaise-house in Falcon Yard, & 2
cottages, chaise-house, stables, outhouses &
yard in Barnawell, Cambridge.
- To son Geo., stable in Falcon yard, now occ.
Mr. Marshall.
- To w. Sarah, gdn. in Barnwell & cottage, for
life, rem. to son Thos.
- To son Fra., £1,500.
- To dau. Ann, w. of Thos. Barnard, £1,200.
- To nephew Thos. Fish of Cambridge attorney,
£1,200; if he dies before testor, to Fish's
children, or, if no children, to fall into
resid. estate.
- To w. Sarah, all money in her a/c in testors.
bank & all household goods, except framed prints
in drawing room & equipment in the Bank & pony
chaise,
- To son Thos. the prints & bank equipment,
rem. of real
& pers. estate, including £1,260 stock in
new 4%'s, the interest on which is pd. to Mrs
Ann Hewson for life to secure annuity of £60
given her by testors. late relative Capt. Fisher,
to go to sons Thos. & Geo., subject to funeral
expenses, legacies & the annuities following, and
to the £2,000 limited in freehold estates to
secure the annuities.

- To Wm. Woodcock Hayward of Cambridge gent.,
resid. freehold estate for 200 yrs., in trust to
raise the annuities if they are in arrears, the
trust to determine as soon as the trusts can no
longer be fulfilled.
- To same, 10 guineas for mourning.
- If either of daus. marry, their annuity to
determine, they are to take £1,200 in lieu.
