- Exors. to sell all estates in Norfolk, Suffolk &
Cambridge & with proceeds, (a) pay £500 to dau.
Martha Amery widow, (b) £250 to son-in-law Jos.
Barnard, having advanced £250 on J.B.'s marr. to
testor's dau. Mary, & promised the interest on
£250. (c) £250 to son-in-law Fra. Turner.
- Exors. also to sell copyhold mess. & pt. of close
adjoining dwelling house in Linton, & mess. in
Linton to which dau. Amery has been adm. tenant,
occ. by Ric. Prior & Robt. Moore - proceeds to
the same uses.
- Dau. Martha to sell lands in Exning, Suff., to
which she has been adm. tenant.
- Rem. of proceeds of sale to be divided between
3 daus. Martha, Mary & Eliz.
- To grand-dau. Martha Claydon, all wearing linen,
except six shirts which are to go to Rachel
Bunten, if still in his employ.
To Rachel Bunten, furniture in her room, 6 rush
bottomed chairs in testor's. room, & £21.
- Rem. of personal estate to be div. between daus.
