on condition that he delivers to testors. exors.
a release of actions within 1 month of dec.
- To exors., £200 in Bank of England 4% Consols,
in trust to pay interest to dau. Eliz. Norris
for life, then to Peter & Mary Norris & the two
youngest children of dau. Eliz. on attaining
majority
- To dau. mary cheveley, £500.
- To exors., £600 stock, to hold in trust for
grandsons Robt., Jos., & Jas. Barnard, the
children of Jn. Barnard deceased.
- To youngest dau. Ann, now living with testor.
£1,200. To be the first legacy to be paid, also
bed & bedding & all house goods in his bedroom
& in the little parlour.
- Release to Jos. his only surviving son of all
money owing.
- Debts (including arrears of tithe), farming equip-
ment & stock & household goods, to be divided
equally between son Jos., 2nd. dau. Mary youngest
dau. Ann.
