of Parsonage farm in same, gent. their
father.
(ii) Chas. Cheveley of Copford Hall, Lt.
Bardfield, Essex., gent., & w. Mary
(dau. of Jn. Barnard.)
- - - £675 in consols. to be held by (i) in trust for
Mary C. alone, for life. If Chas. survives, to
him for life. If he dies first, stock to be trans-
ferred into her name alone. On d. of both, to be
assigned to such persons as Mary by will directs.
Or, in default, to Chas. Cheveley, son of (ii),
& other children (except dau. Eliz. who is already
provided for.)
(Rec. (a) will of Jn. Barnard, 12 Feb. 1786, leaving to
dau. Mary £500 at 4%. (b) d. of Jn. 27 Aug. 1787, will
pr. 12 Sept. (c) transfer of shares to (ii) jointly
on 12 inst.)
