Agreement (photocopy) i) Thomas George Yewell Porter, The Fox, Great Gransden, Hunts ii) C A E C Howard Ltd., St John's Works, St John's Street, Bedford i) has agreed to grant ii) an option for purchase.
Now is agreed that if i) wishes to sell property in Schedule at any time within next 15 years ii) shall have the option to purchase, which they shall exercise within 3 months, at a price to be agreed between them.
