By his will he appointed i) as executor who proved the will (PPC) and so premises are legally vested in them for remainder of said term By the Inclosure Act of Chellington and Stevington there was awarded to ii) - 1 piece land in Hazelwood Field (28a 1r 11p) bounded by allotments of ii) and William Benjamin Poole, William Andrews, David Nichols, Mary Boon and Rebecca Webb, and by Turvey Parish, in exchange for 2 pieces ancient enclosure allotted in exchange for Little Loose Hill Spinney awarded to William Andrews - 1 piece land in Round Hill furlong (1r 4p) bounded by other allotments of ii) in exchange for ancient enclosure called Sheppards Spinney swarded to William Benjamin Poole - 1 piece land in Round Hill furlong (1r 16p) bounded by other allotments of ii) £700 is now owing to i) by ii) who has requested iii) to lend it to him Now in consideration of £700 paid to i), at request of ii), by iii) i) with consent of ii) transfers to iii) - said farmhouse etc at Stevington - 26a pasture in Stevington - said piece of land in Hazelwood Field - piece of land in Round-Hill furlong (1r 4p) - Other piece land in Round Hill furlong (1r 16p) Said last 3 pieces of land were allotted to ii) and late in tenure of Thomas Bolton for residue of term of 1000 years to secure repayment of £700 and interest at 5% pa Whereas ii) also holds certain copyhold property of the Manor of Steventon, now to better secure repayment of said £700 and interest, ii) covenants with iii) to surrender said copyhold property to use of iii) subject to said equity of redemption of the freehold property Signatures of i) and ii) endorsed receipt Witnesses Wm Lucas John Garrard 12 March 1808 Also endorsed: Assignment of term 1) Philip Hoddle Ward, Tickford Abbey, Newport Pagnell, Bucks, Esq Thomas Saunders Hollingworth, Newport Pagnell, gentleman William Lucas, Newport Pagnell, gentleman (executors of will of Robert Lee, lately deceased) 2)Samuel Braine 3)Thomas Alsop, Pavenham, yeoman (trustee for 2)) default was made by 2) in payment of said £700 and interest Robert Lee has lately died.
