- first mentioned cottage and ground chargeable as mentioned in will to Uncle, Thomas Lawrence of Wellingborough, Northants, cordwainer - said 1a land for life, and then to Samuel Plackett to Ruth, wife of Thomas Coe of Stevington
- above cottage in occupation of William Lovell for life, and then to Samuel Plackett to said Samuel Plackett

Now said Samuel Plackett came to Court and was admitted tenant to property devised to him by Thomas Lawrence fines - not recorded
Said Samuel Plackett now surrendered said property to his own use, for life, and then to use of his wife
Constant, and after decease of both of them, as he, the said Samuel, shall give by his will
Said Samuel and Constant were then admitted tenants to said property
