Otherwise to remain in full force. Principal and interest not repaid so Mathew Ludgate caused the surrender to be presented. Jonathan Gasquine has died since last Court. Mathew Ludgate is owed £100 plus one year's interest, and so is now admitted to said property, subject to redemption on payment of principal and interest rent - 5s 6d fine - 11s
