- Birts Close (3a 2r) and barn built thereon - Other Close (4a) called the Home Close adjoining all formerly in occupation of Elizabeth Wallis and now of Benjamin Clapham to use of Samuel Brain of Stevington, farmer
Subject to, and chargeable with, the payment of £350 due on a mortgage on 18 October 1768
With receipt from Samuel Brain to John Drage for £230 'being the consideration money for my executing the above surrender'
