Now John Watts comes to Court and is admitted tenant to said property, as there is due to him said £35 and one year's interest to hold said premises subject to redemption on payment of said principal sum and interet rent - 1s 7 1/2d fine - 3s 3d 30 October 1744 On back: receipt by Winefred Craddock from Mr Thomas Lawrence for £39 16s 6d 6 April 1752
