    Miscellaneous small properties of John Gasquine Manor of Steventon Admission reciting surrender by George Lockwood on 20 September 1715 of land in Steventon common fields to the use of himself until his marriage to Sara Hookes of Ampthill, and after his marriage also to his own use and then to Sara after his death, and to their heirs Said George Lockwood was then admitted tenant at annual rent of 10s 8d and fine of £2 2s 8d After the marriage was solemnised, George and Sara surrendered said land to use of Gray Arnauld of Bedford, gentleman, who was then admitted tenant to said property. Annual rent - 10s 8d Then to the Court came Charles Dymoke, junior, gentleman, and sought from Gray Arnauld - 27a land - 2a meadow - 2a pasture in Steventon Recovery levied of said property Charles Dymoke was admitted tenant on 23 November last Now to the Court came Gray Arnauld, George Lockwod and wife Sara, who remised and quit claimed the property to Charles Dymoke, who then surrendered it to the use of Jonathan Gascoigne, who was admitted tenant at fine as above
