    Farmhouse land etc in Radwell Probate of will of Samuel Peacock, Wilstead, yeoman to two sons, Joseph Smith Peacock and Henry Peacock - all real and personal estate on trust to pay to testator's brother for life - 7s per week, payable Saturday, and to testator's sister Sarah, the wife of Joseph Balls - 2s 6d per week, payable Saturday, and subject thereto on trust for wife Lydia Peacock for life. As to any part of personal estate which may now be invested at interest, he empowers trustees to continue them on same security or convert into money. During lifetime of wife the same may be invested for maintenance and support of wife, for life. After her decease whole of real and personal estates bequeathed to said son, J S Peacock and Henry Peacock as tenants in common.
