W and pt SW Jeoffrey Fisher SW (other pt) Mary Pain, and Mary Wingell NW Mary Pain, Mary Wingell and old enclosed homesteads of Daniel Berry and John Dilly in full satisfaction of above lands and rights of common now in consideration of £300 paid to i) by ii) i) demises to ii) - before mentioned messuage or farmhouse - piece of land (20a 3r 37p)term - 1000 years rent - 1 peppercorn If i) shall pay to ii) £300 plus interest at 4% pa on 6 June next, then this deed is void If money not paid then ii) may enter the land and use the rents etc. However until default made then i) shall hold and enjoy the property Signature of i) endorsed receipt Witnesses Geo Elliott, New Southampton Street, in the Strand, brandy dealer Thos Orlebar Marsh
