    Farmhouse land etc in Radwell Marriage settlement(Feoffment) i) John Smyth, Radwell, Felmersham yeoman ii) Oliver Rands, Felmersham, gentleman Robert Berry, the younger, son of Robert Berry the elder, of Moorend in Felmersham, yeoman Thomas Berry, second son of said Robert, the elder Frances Smyth, youngest daughter of i) A Marriage is shortly to take place between Thomas Berry and Frances Smyth consideration - £100 paid to i) by Robert Berry the elder, 'natural love and affection' of i) for his daughter, and in lieu of a marriage portion for her i) releases and enfeoffs to Oliver Rands and Robert Berry - messuage or farmhouse in Radwell in Felmersham and and now in occupation of i) W Close or pasture called Hewes, or Giles Rands gentleman W late John Berry, deceased E Radwell Green - 30a arable, ley and sward ground - 4åa meadow in common fields etc of Radwell and Felmersham, anciently belonging to said farmhouse and now also in occupation of i) - 4a arable also in commonfields of Radwell and Felmersham Also in occupation of i) and which he lately purchased of John Berry, son of Edward Berry, deceased - all other property of i) in Felmersham and Radwell - all evidences of title to use of i) until said marriage, then to use of Thomas Berry and Frances Smyth, as a jointure for said Frances, and then to the heirs of their bodies. In default of such heirs, then to heirs of body of Thomas Berry, and in default, to heirs of Robert Berry, the elder signature of i) endorsed livery of seisin witness Ralph Faldo William Coffin Edmond Coffin
