Conveyance i)Chalgray Ltd., 202, Northolt Road, South Harrow, London ii)Desmond Allan McIntyre Wood and Christine Marie Wood (his wife), 72, Stuart Avenue, South Harrow, Middx. Consideration - £4,850 paid to i) by ii) i) convey to ii) -piece of land fronting Bowles Way on Huntsman Point estate -dwelling house erected thereon-rights as in First Schedule except and reserved as in Second Scheduleand with benefit of a Deed of Grant of 24 March 1965 and made between Frederick Thomas Sharp, the London and Manchester Assurance Ltd., and C. and A. Land Developments Ltd., and also of a conveyance of 6 March 1968 made between Mutual Finance Limited and Chalgray Ltd. so as to bind said land, for benefit of main estate, comprising 1-19 Bowles Way ii)covenants with i) to perform restrictions and stipulations as in 3rd Schedule ii)will keep boundary fences in good repair and pay fair proportion of cost of maintaining sewers i)acknowledge right of ii) to production of Conveyance of 6 March 1968 Is agreed that ii) shall not be entitled to any easement or right of lights or air which would restrict the free use of other part of i)'s estate.
