On Sunday 2 November 1879 a notice was given that on Wednesday 5 November at 8 o'clock there was to be a meeting of the men and women members and communicants of the Church to appoint additional trustees so as to make numbers up to 11
At said meeting iii) were appointed as additional trustees now, in order to vest ground, Chapel and premises in iii), jointly with i)i) conveyed to ii)
-piece of ground near Duck Lane in Woburn (30p), formerly part of garden of S Rock, as fenced off by brick and iron fence, the property of the Trustees
E formerly John Circuitt, then George Kemp
S [sic] formerly Peter Fane, and representatives of late Miss Cobb, and then G Kemp
- Chapel, Vestry Room and all other buildings on said piece of ground
- free liberty of ingress etc to said piece of land along entry from Duck Lane and across yard and garden formerly of S Rock and then of E Kemp to be held to use of iii) for ever on trust
