He gave to son, John for life 5 cottages in Brook Street, Stotfold, in occupations of Dear, Preston, Field, Dear and King, of which 3 were formerly Richardsons and 2 his late father's. Death of John Randall on 7 June 1900 cont Will proved (PPR) on 23 October 1900 As to remainder of the property Conveyance of 13 September 1904 i) Evelyn Simpson Francis Tom Simpson (both of Baldock, Herts., brewers) ii) John Randall, Stotfold, baker consideration - £25 i) convey to ii) - piece of land (20Äp) at StotfoldW late William Thomas Vaughan N i) contracted to be sold to Thomas Ingrey E ii) S i) contracted to be sold to John Bonnett Conveyance of 9 July 1914 a) John Randall b) John Warren Randall, Dunton, farmer c) Ebenezer Randall, Stotfold, miller and corn merchant supplemental to agreement of 28 July 1910 between b) and c) whereby b) agree to guarantee indebtedness of a) to c) up to sum of £750 Since date of said agreement c) has continued to supply flour to a) for the purpose of the business of a). £1325 is now owing to c) by a) for goods supplied. Is intended that c) should contine to supply goods on credit to a) but debt should not be increased b) has agreed to join with a) in giving security to c).
