Brother said J Simpson and brother-in-law, John Phillips, appointed executors. Real and personal estate bequeathed to them in trust for sale, to pay wife Fanny annuity of £1000, and to all children except an eldest son, £2000 at 21 or marriage with mother's consent. Eldest son appointed residuary legatee. Son Francis Tom to be partner in his place in partnership of J and T G Simpson. Trustees to hold share in trust for son, subject to payment of legacies etc Death of T G Simpson on 9 December 1889 Will proved (PPR) on 13 February 1890 Legacy receipt of F N Simpson dated 2 April 1890 Legacy receipt of A M Simpson for £2000 dated 22 Will of J Simpson, dated 23 January 1890 by which h bequeathed rest of property to son Evelyn Simpson Death of J Simpson on 6 October 1893 Will proved (PPR) on 4 December 1893 Conveyance of 1 March 1895 1) J Phillips 2) Fanny Simpson 3) F T Simpson T G Simpson left 3 children living at his death - i.e.3) and 2 daughters Alice Mary Simpson and Fanny Simpson, all of whom had attained 21 Executors had fulfilled legacies etc now 1) and 2) conveyed to 3) -freehold property etc of which J G Simpson had died possessed to hold discharged from said annuity of £1000
