-son Joseph and mother Sarah should continue to live together and that she have a maintenance out of his business, but if they should part Joseph is to pay her 8s per week during her life
-above mentioned legacies shall be paid at the end of 12 months after my decease, after payment of all debts and financial expenses
-residue of money, securities and personal estate to son Joseph, appointed executor
