    Copy will of John Riseley, Bletsoe, miller - eldest son 1s to be paid by executor hereinafter named -house and appurtenances in Sharnbrook now in tenure of William Riseley unto said son William Riseley for his natural life, after his decease to grandson William Riseley, son of William Riseley, and his heirs -house and bakehouse in Felmersham now in tenure of Nathaniel Woodham and 4a arable land purchased of John Smith and now in my occupation, to grandson John Riseley, 2nd son of William Riseley. But if John Riseley dies without lawful heirs then I give house, bakehouse and 4a arable land jointly to his surviving younger brothers and heirs -house and tenement (adjoining last mentioned house) with appurtenances now occupied by Thomas Chambers to granddaughter Judith Barber and heirs -cottage, tenement and orchard and appurtenances at Riseley now in tenure of Robert Dawson to my daughter Elizabeth Maxey and lawful heirs, and in want of heirs to my son William Riseley and heirs -house in Radwell End, Felmersham now occupied by Michael Bayle to daughter Ursula Barber and heirs -cottage and 3r arable land with appurtenances at Harrold now in the tenure of George Wells unto my daughter Mary Porter and then to her two children John and Elizabeth Porter and their heirs -house, orchard, windmill and arable land with appurtenances at Riseley now occupied by John Warner to my grandson William Riseley son of Thomas Riseley, but if William Riseley dies before reaching 21 years I desire same to granddaughter Elizabeth Riseley, daughter of Thomas Riseley -house, malthouse and premises at Sharnbrook occupied by Thomas Lord, and also cottage or tenement with appurtenances at Colmworth occupied by William Green and Thomas Gilbert, and also tenement at Harrold aforesaid now in the tenure of Thomas Osborn to son Thomas Riseley and lawful heirs, and for want of issue to grandson William Riseley, son of said son William Riseley, and to his heirs -residue of real and personal estate to son Thomas Riseley and heirs, and do make him sole executor of this my last will and testament(3 sheets)Made: 24 May 1729 Proved: Bedford Archdeaconary 7 May 1730
