Marriage Settlement i)The Rev Percy Waller, Clifton, Bristol, clerk in Orders ii)Emily Shakespear, Horsley Court, near Nailsworth, Glos.,spinster iii)The Rev Charles Henry Waller, 16, South Hill Park Gardens, Hampstead Middx, clerk The Rev John Hall Shaw, Horsley, Glos., clerk Thomas Lancaster, Barnham House, near Stroud, Glos., Esq Penton Thompson, Baldovan, near Dundee, near Scotland, Esq.,late a Captain in the Bengal Artillery marriage is to take place between i) and ii) reciting the will of the Rev Stephen Richard Waller, deceased, late Rector of St Cuthbert's, Bedford, dated 26 October 1870, by which he devised to his wife, Sarah Albinia Elizabeth Waller for life a messuage at Windsor Terrace, Bedford, and after her death to his sons, Charles Henry Waller and Walter Augustus Ewen Waller, in trust for sale.Residuary real estate also to be sold and with personal estate to be invested and annual produce paid to wife during her life, and after his death (with the proceeds of said sale of Windsor Terrace), to invest same and use it for the maintenance of his five younger children. £1000 to be paid to each younger child at 21 or (if daughter under that age,at marriage). 4 only of children survived him (including i)). Residue in trust for his children,except Charles Henry, who is already provided for, in equal shares He died on 2 March 1875. Will proved (Northampton) on 12 March 1875 Testator left 6 children living at his decease, other than Charles Henry Waller Real and personal estate of testator consists of - 6 Windsor Terrace and Greyrigg adjoining - £2000 New Brunswick 6% bonds - £1400 Victoria 6% Bonds, 1882 - 5 - £600 New Zealand 5% Bonds - £1400 Natal 4å% Bonds - reversionary interest under will of John Lee in 1/18th part of £11,000, subject to certain life interests Now is agreed that in consideration of the marriage £1000 belonging to ii) and given her by her mother and reversionary share of i) under will of father should be settled as hereinafter mentioned Share of i) under his father's estate amounts to £848 Now i) with consent of ii) assigns to iii) - said £1000 - 1/6th share of i) under will of father deceased to be held on various trusts for the support of the couple and their children and also if i) remarries power given to appoint new trustees signatures of all endorsed various witnesses
