Residue in trust for his children,except Charles Henry, who is already provided for, in equal shares He died on 2 March 1875. Will proved (Northampton) on 12 March 1875 Testator left 6 children living at his decease, other than Charles Henry Waller Real and personal estate of testator consists of - 6 Windsor Terrace and Greyrigg adjoining - £2000 New Brunswick 6% bonds - £1400 Victoria 6% Bonds, 1882 - 5 - £600 New Zealand 5% Bonds - £1400 Natal 4å% Bonds - reversionary interest under will of John Lee in 1/18th part of £11,000, subject to certain life interests Now is agreed that in consideration of the marriage £1000 belonging to ii) and given her by her mother and reversionary share of i) under will of father should be settled as hereinafter mentioned Share of i) under his father's estate amounts to £848 Now i) with consent of ii) assigns to iii) - said £1000 - 1/6th share of i) under will of father deceased to be held on various trusts for the support of the couple and their children and also if i) remarries power given to appoint new trustees signatures of all endorsed various witnesses
