III) to be trustee for II) reciting also further charge of 20 December 1813 between N V Herbert and C P Herbert by which the property was charged with the payment of the further sum of £900 to C P Herbert reciting also further charge of 5 April 1816 between N V Herbert and C P Herbert by which it was charged with payment of further £1000 to CP Herbert iii) has agreed with iv) for the sale to him of freehold and inheritance (among other property) of the said messuage etc and by lease and release of same dates as this deed between iii) and wife Mary Ann, ii) and iv) and Benjamin Carter, and by a fine, the said property was conveyed to iv), discharged from all sums due on mortgage reciting will of John Holgate Robinson dated 6 November 1813 by which he appointed i) as his executors. He died in 1814. Will proved on 25 August 1814 in PCC Now in consideration of 5s to i) paid by v) i) at request of ii), iii) and iv) assign to v) - said messuage at Girtford Bridge - such parts of property in lease and release of even date as were comprised in deed of 23 February 1782 - any lands allotted in lieu of above and subject to term of 1000 years and which by deed of 15 February 1819 were assigned to J H Robinson in trust to hold for remainder of said term of 1000 years in trust for iv) to go along with the freehold reversion of the property signatures of i) to iv) endorsed witnesses James Hindley, Baldock [Herts.] Henry Pulley, 14, Great Carter Lane, Doctor's Commons Thos Goodwin, Lynn, Norfolk W E Hollaway, his clerk Robt Lindsell, Biggleswade
