John Bigg, Great Gransden, Hunts, clerk ii) William Circuit of Sandy, late of Potton, yeoman (one of the sons of Samuel Circuit, elder, late of Sandy, labourer, by Frances, his late wife, both deceased, and grandson of William Barber, late of Sandy, bricklayer, also deceased) and Elizabeth his wife iii) John Saunderson, East Hatley, Cambs, yeoman iv) John Sampson, Hatley St George, Cambs, yeoman reciting mortgage of 20 February 1790 between a) William Circuit b) Dinah Dickens, Potton, widow a) demised to b) - messuage erected by Mary Barber, deceased, mother of William Barber, in Sandy and abutting against the Warren - garden orchard and close pasture adjoining (1a) - headland of ploughed land lying against said close (1r) all formerly in occupation of Samuel Sutton, late of Thomas Cooper and then of William Knott - 1 moiety of --- 3a 40p of new enclosed arable and pasture in Northill late in occupation of William Albone and now of William Linnell term - 500 years rent - 1 peppercorn to be void on payment of £55 and interest reciting also transfer of 7 October 1790 1) Dinah Dickens 2) William Circuit 3) John Bigg £56 14s 7d is now owing to 1) which 3) has agreed to pay off and also to advance the further sum of £18 5s 5d to 2) now for consideration mentioned 1) at direction of 2) transferred to 3) - said messuage and moiety of land for remainder of term of 500 years to be void on payment of £75 and interest £79 18s 6d is now owing to i) which iii) at request of ii) has agreed to pay off but also to advance to ii) the further sum of £30 1s 6d now in consideration of above sums i) at request of ii) transfers to iii) -said messuage - moiety of land for remainder of term of 500 years freed from provisoes for redemption but subject to agreement that if ii) pay £110 to iii) with interest on 30 April next then ii) will assign premises to such purposes as ii) shall direct for remainder of said term.
