Mortgage
i) John Church, Biggleswade, brickmaker
ii) Martin Hunnybun, Huntingdon, gentleman reciting will of William Church of Biggleswade, brickmaker, dated 8 February 1870, by which he bequeathed £500 on trust to be invested in Government Stocks and to pay income to wife Ann Church for life and after her death or remarriage, then in trust for his children he also devised to his wife for life
- newly erected dwelling house at Biggleswade in his own occupation and then in trust for sale. Proceeds to children William Field and Cornelius Bonnett appointed executors and trustees William Church died on 7 December 1880. Will proved on 24 December 1880 by William Field at Northampton District Registry Ann Church died in 1883
i) is one of children of William Church
Now in consideration of £380 lent to i) by ii) and interest at 5%
i) grants to ii)
- messuages etc as in 1st, 2nd and 3rd parts of 1st schedule
- pieces land as in 2nd schedule
- other freehold lands of i) at Biggleswade to be held as to premises in 1st schedule subject to mortgage of 21 October 1882 between ii) and George Bowyer to secure
£1200 and interest to be held as to premises in 1st part of 1st schedule subject to annuity of £20 in favour of Major Church to be held as to premises in 1st part of 2nd schedule to mortgage of 1 November 1883 between i) and Hannah Stokes to secure £200 and interest to be held as to premises in 2nd part of 2nd schedule subject to an Equitable Mortgage to William Field to secure £150 and interest
Also i) covenants with ii) to surrender into hands of Lord of Manor of Bigleswade

- other lands of i) held of the Manor to use of ii)
subject, as to premises in 3rd schedule, to a conditional surrender of 21 October 1882 from i) to George Bowyer to further secure said £1200 and interest, and annuity of £20.
Subject also as to property in 4th schedule to conditional surrender of 4 November 1883 from i) to Hannah Stokes to further secure £200 and interest
Subject also to condition for making the surrender void corresponding to proviso for redemption hereinbefore contained
