    Biggleswade - Cowfairlands Manor of Biggleswade reciting that on 5 September 1842 William Thomas Chapman, Biggleswade, gentleman, in consideration of £85 paid by William Tingay of Biggleswade, yeoman, surrendered - piece land in Biggleswade 80ft length 24ft width being part of piece of land called Cowfairland N late William Carter, afterwards Thomas Perkins, and now of Messrs Hogg and Lindsell S Samuel Patrick, late in occupation of Susannah Kendall, widow E other part of Cowfairlands, sold by Abraham Draper to William Farringdon W other part sold by Abraham Draper to James Kendall - cottage or tenement lately erected on said piece of land, once in occupation - Rawlins and now of James Mitton William Tingay is now admitted tenant to said property rent - ?d Immediately afterwards William Tingay (in pursuance of covenant in deed of 6 September 1842, and also in consideration of £51 lent to William Tingay by William Thomas Chapman) surrendered - said piece of land - other premises of which he had been previously been admitted tenant to use of William Thomas Chapman to secure repayment of £51 and interest
