- £200 of said Preference Shares to each of nieces Beatrice Sherard and Frances Sherard
- £100 of said Shares to each of servants William Oakley and Mary Taylor
- £100 to each of servants Robert Oakley and Nellie Oakley
- £10 to brother Edward Aveline Green
- residue of property If brother predeceases her to trustees
- Berrystead, furniture etc on trust for sale to be offered in first place to nephew, Charles Dymoke Green, for purchase at £5000 If he refuses to exercise such option of purchase for three months, then trustees to realise same as they think best
Proceeds to form part of residuary personal estate to nieces and nephews (except Bernard Hawkins) and children of Bernard Hawkins
