(i) covenants with (ii) to keep warehouse and buildings insured against loss and fire in their joint names, in sum of £350 (i) shall not sub-lease premises for longer period than from year to year without consent of (ii) (i) attorns tenant to (ii) or that part of no 13 as is now in his own (ie Edward Stratford's) occupation at yearly rent of 1s.
