No 11 being in occupation of -- Messrs Shoolbred and Connell (lessees) -- Luton Liberal Association (tenants) -- National Telephone Company (lessees) No 13 being in occupation of -- (i) -- National Telephone Company (lessees) all bounded E Cheapside N Warehouse etc of Samuel Weatherhead W rear of a shop etc fronting George Street, belonging to George Frederick Gibbs S Shop of Edward Marsh - with right of draining for surface water in common with owners etc of 9, Cheapside, the premises of Edward Marsh, as now enjoyed into tank or cesspool constructed partly on above property and partly on no 9. (i) covenants with (ii) to keep warehouse and buildings insured against loss and fire in their joint names, in sum of £350 (i) shall not sub-lease premises for longer period than from year to year without consent of (ii) (i) attorns tenant to (ii) or that part of no 13 as is now in his own (ie Edward Stratford's) occupation at yearly rent of 1s.
