By his Will of 23 January 1888 he appointed (i), being his widow and son, as executors. He bequeathed to Mary Fryer an immediate legacy of 100 and everything (except money in his house at his death) and personal estate, to (ii) on trust. Will proved on 4 March 1889 (PPR) reciting also deed of 31 December 1894 (a) said Mary Fryer Edward Rowland Fryer (b) said Mary Fryer William Onslow Times (c) said John Robert Brown (d) Edward Stratford Edward March - part of property in mortgage of 13 June 1882 were in consideration of £940 paid to (a) and (b) sold to Edward Marsh, leaving £1060 due now in consideration of £1060 paid to (i) and (ii) by (iv) at request of (iii) (i) with consent of W O Times assign to (iv) - said sum of £1060 secured on said mortgage also (i), (ii) and (iii) convey to (iv) - property as in mortgage, other than those sold to Edward Marsh to hold subject to equity of redemption under said mortgage (iii) covenants to pay principal sum with interest at £5% pa. sigs of all wits Annie Ellen Coles W F Langfrid, clerk to Messrs Hawkins and Co, solicitor, Hitchin W Neve, solicitor, Luton
