- piece of ground lying between garden of messuage late in occupation of (i) and now of Gustavus Jordan, and wool warehouse, which has long since been used as way from said premises through the garden into Barbers Lane, and leading to the Common Moor
to use of (iii) in trust for (ii) to intent that said messuage may be considered as personal estate and as part of partnership stock in trade of (ii) and to be sold and converted in to money on expiry of said partnership
(i) covenants with (ii) and as a separate covenant with (iii) that he has full power to convey the premises to uses and trusts declared concerning the same
