Deed of further charge (i) Cornelia Young (ii) William Young Richard Young Thomas Young Amos Young (iii) Walter Scott reciting Will of Mary Hooker dated 15 December 1827 also reciting mortgage of 1 August 1827 and deed of 19 June 1830 (a) Cornelia Young (b) her sons, as above (c) Walter Scott property in above mortgage charged with payment of further £63 and interest now in consideration of further sum of £137 (making £400 in total) lent to (i) by (iii) (i) demises to (iii) - Cross Keys, now leased to Frederick Burr of Luton, common brewer for remainder of term of 1000 years subject to equity of redemption and charged with payment of £137 and 5 % pa interest premises shall not be redeemed until full sum repaid also (ii) assign their interest in premises to (iii) in trust to repay himself and then the shares of (ii) also (i) and (ii) covenant with (iii) that Matthew Young when he attains 21, will make any deed etc for assigning his share in said mortgaged premises etc on same trusts as above respecting the shares of (ii) (iii) may insure premises premises shall not be redeemed until mortgage and insurance money repaid mark of (i) and Thomas Young sigs of William, Richard and Amos Young endorsed receipt wit Thos Erskine Austin
