Security (i) Cornelia Young (ii) William Young Richard Young Thomas Young (iii) Walter Scott reciting that (iii) has agreed to advance further sum of £63 (ii) have all attained 21 years now in consideration of £63 lent by (iii) to (i) and (ii) (i) demises to (iii) - Cross Keys etc for remainder of term of 1000 years, subject to equity of redemption and charged with repayment of above £63, and interest at 5 % pa premises shall not be redeemed until both £63 and £2000 have been repaid also (i) assign to (iii) - all their interest in above premises, rents, and money arising from sale to hold on trust by (iii) to repay himself said £63 and interest, and also to pay residue of shares or (ii) when sold (ii) appoint (iii) as their attorney, for above purpose mark of (i) and Thomas Young sigs of William and Richard Young wit Thomas Wood
