for remainder of term of 1000 years, subject to equity of redemption and charged with repayment of above £63, and interest at 5 % pa premises shall not be redeemed until both £63 and £2000 have been repaid also (i) assign to (iii)
- all their interest in above premises, rents, and money arising from sale to hold on trust by (iii) to repay himself said £63 and interest, and also to pay residue of shares or (ii) when sold (ii) appoint (iii) as their attorney, for above purpose mark of (i) and Thomas Young
