    Cross Keys Inn, Luton. Copy Authority to pay debts, by Cornelia Young Frederick Burr is empowered to pay Walter Scott the sum of £20 pa for interest on mortgage debt of £400 on Cross Keys, out of rent of £50 and to pay Charles Bell, Luton, grocer, £6 pa for 2 years, out of said rent, in liquidation of debt of £12 and to retain £6 pa for 2 years in discharge of debt of £12 due from her to Frederick Burr. After expiry of said 2 years, to pay £10 pa to five sons, and remaining £20 to herself mark of Cornelia Young 1 May 1835 with authority from her sons to continue payments in case of death of Cornelia Young before debts are liquidated 1 May 1835
