Appointment and Conveyance (i) Samuel Taylor, Luton, carpenter (ii) Abraham Squires, blacksmith (who was unmarried on 2 January 1834) Reciting Appointment of 30 December 1847 (a) Edward and Frederick Chase (b) said Samuel Taylor (c) George Barrett by which a piece of land and the messuages erected on it, were conveyed to (b) or to (c) for use of (b) Reciting Conveyance of 19 October 1854 (1) said Samuel Taylor (2) said Abraham Squires - 3p 36 yds 2 ft of said piece of land was conveyed to 2) (i) has agreed to sell residue of said piece of land to (ii).
