He died on 4 April 1910. Will proved (PPR) on 21 April 1910. (i) need an advance of £50 for purposes in connection with the administration of the estate of Kenrick King which (ii) has agreed to lend them, as well as any further advances up to £100. now (i) covenant to pay to (ii) £50 plus 5% interest and any such sums as may be hereafter advanced by (ii) at aforesaid rate of interest also in consideration of £50 paid to (i) by (ii) (i) as personal representatives of Kenrick King, deceased, convey to (ii) - piece of land in Chase Street, New Town (20p and 10ft) bounded as before - 3 cottages built by George Barrett on said land, in occupations of Mary Ann Nash, Harry Hall and Eli Chu and numbered 23, 25 and 27 Chase Street.
