23, 25 and 27 Chase Street, Luton Appointment to Uses (i) Edward Chase, Luton, surgeon Frederick Chase, Luton, gentleman (ii) George Barrett, Luton, carpenter (iii) John Barrett, Luton, bricklayer reciting lease and appointment and release of 30 and 31 August 1841 [see Z713/2 and 3] now in consideration of £44 paid by (ii) to (i) (i) appoint that - piece of land in Bailey Field (being part of piece of land conveyed by above deeds) (20p and 10ft more) in width: NW (43ft 3ins) against roadway laid out by John Chase SE (42ft 3ins) pasture of Benjamin Bolton in length: NE (128ft 3ins) property of Frederick Chase SW (126ft 9ins) Henry Pinks to such uses as (ii) appoints. (iii) to be trustee. (ii) in erecting any dwelling house on said piece of land will build it with uniform line of frontage with those erected by adjoining owners on NE and SW sides. (ii) will, within one month from date build a 4 foot brick or wood fence on SW side of piece of land. (ii) covenants to produce deeds, as in schedule, if required.
