NW other cottages of (ii) and also intended to be conveyed to F Chase being 24ft in width

NE Cottages etc intended to be conveyed by (ii) to F Chase
SW Other land of (i)
being in length 127 ft 9 in.
NW Roadway laid out by John Chase
SE Benjamin Bolton (pasture) being in width 30ft shall be held to use of (ii) or (iii) as trustee for (ii)
(ii)
Agrees with (i) that in erecting any building he will keep to uniform line of frontage with owner of land on NE and SW sides of said piece of land
Also (ii), will within one month, erect a substantial wall or fence of at least 4 ft in height on SW side of said piece of land firstly described and another on SW side of land secondly described.
Also (i) covenant to produce to (ii) deeds etc. in schedule as required.
