(ii) has agreed to purchase said land for £50. Since said agreement (ii) has erected 10 cottages on said land and (iii) has contracted to purchase them and land for £200 now in consideration of £5O paid to (i) and of £150 paid by George Barrett to (ii) (total £200).
(i) at request of (ii) and George Barrett, and also (ii), releases to George Barrett - land in Bailey Field (20p and 2 yards)

George Barrett will, within one month from date build a brick or wooden fence of height of 4 ft on SW side of said piece of land.
(i) Agrees to produce deeds as in schedule, if required.
